DELIVERY
WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FOR DELIVERY TO THE UK MAINLAND, THIS EXCLUDES NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, THE SCILLY ISLES AND CHANNEL ISLES. WE ARE HAPPY, TO ARRANGE DELIVERY TO OVERSEAS AND NON-UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES, SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR A QUOTATION.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE SECURELY BOXED AND DELIVERED USING APC 24 HOUR NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. ORDERS RECEIVED BY 1PM, ARE NORMALLY PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED ON THE SAME DAY (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND UK BANK HOLIDAYS). APC WILL NORMALLY DELIVER BETWEEN 9AM AND 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

IF A MOBILE NUMBER IS PROVIDED, YOU WILL RECEIVE SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS FROM APC CONFIRMING WHEN YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED. YOU WILL ALSO, RECEIVE THE SAME NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL. BOTH TEXT AND EMAIL WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH WILL ENABLE YOU TO TRACK YOUR PURCHASE ONLINE. PLEASE NOTE THE MOBILE NUMBER PROVIDED WILL NOT BE USED FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN TO ENSURE YOUR PARCEL REACHES YOU SAFELY.

ORDERS WILL BE COMPLETE, WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT AND THE GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS/DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. FROM THIS POINT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE GOODS AND THEY WILL BE HELD AT YOUR OWN RISK, MEOPHAMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THEIR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION.

ORDERS LEFT AS PER THE PROVIDED DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ON DELIVERY MEOPHAMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THEIR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION.

ALL OUR WINES ARE INSPECTED BEFORE DISPATCH, HOWEVER SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED, INCORRECT VINTAGE OR THE INCORRECT QUANTITY, WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU UNLESS YOU CONTACT US IN WRITING WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DELIVERY. WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEMS AT NO COST TO YOURSELF.

RE-DELIVERY
IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS THE COURIER WILL LEAVE A CARD AND ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE GOODS THREE MORE TIMES. IN THE EVENT THE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS ARE UNSUCCESSFUL THE GOODS WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US TO RE-ARRANGE A DELIVERY FOR WHICH YOU MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COST.

RETURNS
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF OUR WINE WE CAN ARRANGE COLLECTION AT NO COST AND WILL EITHER REPLACE, CREDIT OR PROVIDE A REFUND WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF REMAINING UNOPENED BOTTLES. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

CANCELLATIONS
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, PROVIDED THE BOTTLES ARE UNOPENED AND THE SEALS ON THE BOTTLES ARE NOT BROKEN. TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT YOU MUST CONTACT US IN WRITING OR BY TELEPHONE.

YOU CANNOT CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR DAMAGED BY YOU IN ANY WAY.

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, THEREFORE PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN UNPACKING GOODS AND REPACKING.

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. WHEN RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF DELIVERY. WE RECOMMEND ANY RETURNS POSTED, ARE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT REACH US.

ALTERNATIVELY, WE CAN ARRANGE FOR THE GOODS TO BE RETURNED VIA OUR COURIER SERVICE, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF DELIVERY.

WE SHALL REFUND THE PRICE OF THE WINE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE THE WINE HAS BEEN RETURNED AND INSPECTED BY US.
